4.1 No Guarantee of Beta Access

Joining the waitlist only expresses your interest in the Life Portrait AI beta program. Registration does not:

Guarantee that you will receive a beta invitation
Guarantee when an invitation may be sent
Create a right to participate in the beta
Create a customer, patient, provider, or professional relationship
Require Life Portrait AI Corporation to offer you access to any product or service

Life Portrait AI Corporation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine:

Whether and when to operate a beta program
The number and types of beta participants
Eligibility and participation requirements
Which waitlist registrants receive invitations
The timing and duration of beta access
Whether to modify, suspend, or discontinue the beta program

We may use the information submitted through the waitlist, including your interest category and optional organization, to help select a balanced and appropriate group of beta participants.

Any beta invitation may be subject to additional terms, privacy notices, eligibility requirements, consent forms, or other agreements.

5. Do Not Submit Health or Third-Party Information

The waitlist form is intended to collect only your first and last name, email address, optional organization, and general interest category.

Selecting “Family or community member” or another interest category does not require you to disclose whether you or another person has dementia or any other health condition.

Do not use the waitlist form, contact form, or optional fields to submit:

Medical or mental-health information
Information about a dementia diagnosis, symptoms, treatment, or condition
The identity or private information of a patient, resident, family member, or care recipient
Private family stories, photographs, recordings, or documents
Other sensitive, confidential, or health-related information

If you voluntarily send information that was not requested, Life Portrait AI Corporation may delete it and is not obligated to retain, review, or respond to it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its supporting systems
Interfere with the website’s operation or security
Circumvent, disable, manipulate, or interfere with security or bot-prevention measures

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFE PORTRAIT AI CORPORATION’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PUBLIC WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
