This Privacy Policy applies only to the public website and beta waitlist. It does not govern any future beta product, user account, mobile application, clinical service, or other Life Portrait AI product.

When you join the Life Portrait AI beta waitlist, we may collect:

  • Your last name
  • Your email address
  • Your organization, if you choose to provide it
  • The general category that best describes your interest in Life Portrait AI

The organization field is optional. The interest-category field is intended only to help us understand our audience, communicate relevant information, and select a balanced group of potential beta participants. It is not intended to collect information about a medical diagnosis, health condition, treatment, or specific care recipient.

You may also provide information when you contact us directly or submit the public contact form. This may include your name, email address, message subject, and message content.

Please do not include health information, medical information, private family information, or information about another person in messages sent through the public website.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the website, our website host, security providers, and technical service providers may automatically receive limited technical information, such as:

  • Browser and device type
  • Operating system
  • Referring webpage
  • Pages viewed
  • Approximate date and time of access
  • Basic diagnostic, security, and server-log information

When you interact with a form protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare may process technical security signals such as your IP address, user-agent information, TLS and browser characteristics, the Turnstile site key, the associated website origin, and related browser or device signals.

We and our service providers use this technical information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the general use of the website, distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic, and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Add you to the Life Portrait AI beta waitlist
  • Contact you about possible beta availability or invitations
  • Evaluate and select potential beta participants
  • Create a balanced beta group representing different user and professional perspectives

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive a beta invitation. Life Portrait AI Corporation reserves the right to decide whether, when, and to whom beta invitations are offered.

We will not use information collected through the waitlist to make medical, insurance, employment, credit, or similar eligibility decisions.

3. Email Communications

By joining the waitlist, you request and authorize communications regarding Life Portrait AI, including possible beta invitations and related product updates.

You may unsubscribe from promotional or informational emails by selecting the unsubscribe link included in an email or by contacting us at contact@lifeportrait.ai. We may retain limited information necessary to honor an unsubscribe request.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate, maintain, and secure the website and waitlist, such as:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Email-delivery and waitlist-management providers
  • Cloud-storage or database providers
  • Website security, spam-prevention, and bot-detection providers, including Cloudflare Turnstile
  • Analytics providers, if used

These providers may process information to provide services to us and as otherwise described in their applicable agreements and privacy notices, subject to applicable law.

5. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not disclose this information to third parties for their independent direct-marketing purposes. We currently do not use information submitted through the waitlist or contact form for targeted advertising.

6. Health and Medical Information

The public website and waitlist are not intended to collect consumer health data, protected health information, medical records, diagnoses, symptoms, treatment information, or other sensitive health information.

Please do not submit:

  • Information about whether you or another person has dementia or another condition
  • Medical or mental-health history
  • Information about symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or treatments
  • The identity of a patient or care recipient
  • Private family stories, photographs, recordings, or documents
  • Other health-related or sensitive information

If we discover that health information was unintentionally submitted through the public waitlist or general-contact mechanism, we may delete it.

This Privacy Policy will be replaced or supplemented before Life Portrait AI begins intentionally collecting health information through a beta product.

7. Cookies, Turnstile, and Similar Technologies

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on certain public website forms to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and protect the website against spam, fraud, and abuse.

Turnstile runs a security challenge in the visitor’s browser and may process technical signals such as IP address, user-agent information, TLS and browser characteristics, the Turnstile site key, the associated website origin, and related browser or device signals.

Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf to provide the Turnstile service. Cloudflare may also process the signals to maintain and improve its bot-detection capabilities, as described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Turnstile may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security and bot prevention, depending on its configuration and operation.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies on the public website. If we introduce nonessential cookies, advertising technologies, or third-party analytics in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain waitlist information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the beta waitlist, communicate about Life Portrait AI, consider individuals for beta participation, maintain records of consent and unsubscribe requests, protect the website and company, and satisfy legal obligations.

You may request removal from the active waitlist at any time. We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, or maintain an unsubscribe record.

Contact-form information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the message, maintain appropriate business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations.

Technical and security information may be retained according to our operational needs and applicable service-provider terms for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service operation.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we maintain.

However, no internet transmission, email system, website, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should not submit sensitive information through the public website.

10. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request that we:

  • Confirm whether we maintain your waitlist or contact-form information
  • Correct your name, email address, organization, or interest category
  • Remove you from the waitlist
  • Delete your waitlist or contact-form information, subject to limited legal exceptions
  • Stop sending you nonessential emails

Submit requests to contact@lifeportrait.ai. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing a request.

Certain information processed independently by a service provider may also be subject to that provider’s privacy notice and request procedures.

11. Children’s Privacy

The website and beta waitlist are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the waitlist. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us at contact@lifeportrait.ai, and we will review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

12. Visitors Outside the United States

Life Portrait AI Corporation is based in the United States.

If you access the website from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws in your country.

The current waitlist is primarily intended for individuals in the United States.

13. Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not govern independently operated third parties.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party website or service you choose to use.

14. Business Transfers

If Life Portrait AI Corporation is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets, waitlist and contact-form information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
